I'm based in Adelaide, South Australia. I am currently accepting projects from around Australia. If your project is based in another Australian time-zone, please let me know so that we can accommodate the difference.
What's the best way to contact you?
Email is the best way to get in touch, but I am also happy to discuss your project in person, by telephone or video. Please email me and we can make a time for a chat.

Do I need to book my content in advance?
Yes, I recommend booking your content needs at least two weeks in advance. Sometimes I am able to accommodate a shorter time frame, so if you need something sooner, just ask me.
Do you put blog posts on my website for me?
I can. Just let me know when you book your content so that we can arrange it.
Can you help with images for my blog?
I am happy to provide suggestions for purchasing stock images or using Creative Commons images. You may need to pay additional fees to use some images.
How do I request a sample edit?
Please send your document in Word format to email@example.com if you would like a sample edit. If you have any particular requirements or deadlines, please include that in your email. I will then assess a sample of your document and contact you with my recommendations for editing your document, together with my cost estimate. You will also get to see a sample of my editing work using track changes on your Word document.
Do you charge a sample edit fee?
No, and there is no obligation to purchase a service. Sample edits are designed to let you see whether the editing and proofreading I offer is right for you, and allows me to estimate the cost of editing or proofreading your document. However, being a sample, I will generally only sample edit a small portion of your writing and not the whole document.
How much does editing and proofreading cost?
Requesting a sample edit is the best way to see how much editing or proofreading your document will cost. I can assess the level of editing required and you can see if you like my style of editing. A written cost estimate is provided with your sample edit.
How do I submit my document for editing or proofreading?
Please email your document in Word format to firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions and I'll be in touch.
What if my document is not in Word format?
If you need your document edited in some other format, please contact me by email first to discuss your requirements.
What will my edited or proofread document look like?
In most cases, edited and proofread documents are marked up in Word using track changes. You will then have the option to review and accept or reject my changes. In some cases, handwritten editing and proofreading using proofreaders' marks is used instead. If you need something else, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
How long does editing and proofreading take?
The length of time required for editing and proofreading varies from document to document. If you have a particular deadline or publication schedule, it is best to contact me early to discuss your requirements. You can also book ahead and reserve time for editing or proofreading your document, even if you haven't finished writing it yet.
